Monitoring and Evaluation
The Monitoring and Evaluation Team reinforces accountability, transparency and organizational learning of all stakeholders through systematic evaluation of policies, programmes and processes.
Through an elaborate mechanism, team measures the quality and impact of work produced at schools by principals, teachers and students. It identifies strengths and weaknesses in performances, disseminates relevant information and shares learning experiences at appropriate channels.
Evaluation of schools is based on both, process and outcome. The performance of principals is not only evaluated on the basis of how well they manage their schools, but equal importance is given to the quality of students’ learning. To assess the quality of students’ learning the team have developed a systematic centralized assessment system.
TCF Monitoring and Evaluation Team conducts two centralized exams - Mid Term and Final Term in an academic year. Students’ results are entered in MIS for report generation and future planning.
