"The Citizens Foundation, USA" is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt
organization (recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service)
which grants funds that benefit The Citizens Foundation (TCF),
its member schools and other charitable educational projects.
In compliance with IRS regulations, the Board of Directors
of "The Citizens Foundation, USA" maintains complete
discretion over allocation of gifts to TCF.
