Number of Positions: 1

Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • To prepare contract documents, tender documents, specifications, B.O.Q , etc
  • To verify contractor’s bills as per drawings
  • To carry out site visits and verifiy measurement of work submitted by projects engineers, site supervisors.
  • To maintain complete record of contract documents.
  • To keep current market prices of civil work items on all Pakistan basis.
  • To develop basic rates of building items with their make.
  • To prepare rate analysis on country wise basis.


Department: Engineering
Education: BE; or a Diploma Holder with proven abilities
Experience: 3 years relevant experience
Required Skills:
  • Excellent organizing skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Hands on experience in the preparation of contract documents, B.O.Q. specification and rate analysis, etc.
  • Computer literate; proficient in MS Office, MS Project, etc.
  • Should have strong knowledge about basic rates of civil work items.

    Age: 30+ Years
    Expected Travel: Frequent Site visiting
    Job Location: TCF - Head Office, Karachi
