- To Manage Projects through Construction Managers for timely completion on all Pakistan basis.
- Manage a team of construction managers, engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Plan, schedule and budget all construction projects.
- Site visits to under construction projects to monitor quality and progress.
- To prepare contract documents, tender documents, specifications, etc.
- To award tenders and work with contractors for timely delivery of projects.
- To keep current market prices of civil work items
- To develop basic rates of building items with their make.
- To prepare rate analysis on country wise basis.
- To prepare B.O.Q , etc
