Officer HR
Number of Positions: 1

Job Description: The incumbent will be reporting to Manager HR – Academics and will be responsible for:

 
  • Maintain and analyze HR reports
  • Maintain records
  • Facilitate in the process of Performance appraisal
  • Coordinate with Regions
  • Draft policies and procedures
  • Maintain the HR MIS system

    • Department: Human Resource – Academics Division
    Education: Bachelors or Master (Specialization in HR)
    Experience: At least one year relevant experience.
    Fresh candidates may also apply if they have a Masters degree or have done internship in HR
     
    Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Ms Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge about general systems and procedure of HR
  • Time managemen
  • Analytical skills
